With over a decade of experience managing cross-border engagements for global organizations, Deepak combines technical depth with cultural understanding to navigate complexity and deliver meaningful results. Known for his persistence and calm leadership, he takes full ownership—seeing initiatives through uncertainty, scale, and change.

Guided by engineering empathy and a people-first mindset, Deepak prioritizes long-term relationships and enduring solutions, believing that technology succeeds best when it earns trust and empowers those who rely on it.

Eldhose Kuriakose Chief Technology Officer

Eldhose leads with a steady sense of responsibility and a long-term view of how technology can create lasting value. With more than a decade of experience in cross-border engineering environments, he brings a balanced perspective to complex initiatives, grounded in both technical depth and real-world context.

Guided by engineering empathy, Eldhose works closely with teams to align decisions with business needs and human realities. He is known for stepping in during moments of uncertainty, providing clarity where it is needed, and staying engaged until systems and teams are stable, resilient, and moving forward with confidence.

How we got here

Founded by global tech experts, united by engineering excellence.

2018

The beginning

Onepixlab was born in 2018 out of a shared vision of engineer friends working across Japan, Germany, and the U.S United by a shared vision: to build thoughtful, scalable digital products through engineering excellence and long term partnerships.

2019

Expanding footprints

In 2019, we formally incorporated Onepixlab Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in India and set up our first office. What followed was a steady journey of building trust, growing capabilities, and expanding our presence, especially in Japan, where many of our earliest partnerships were formed.

2020

A year of consolidation and Regrouping

With global trends impacted by the inevitability of the pandemic - it gave Onepixlab an opportunity to regroup and priorities its core business - Software engineering services - Ensuring resources and right talents were sought and augmented to align with the new global dynamics.

2022

A Year of Opportunity and Hope

We strengthened our presence in Japan by opening our office in Tokyo, marking an important milestone in our global journey. This commitment was further reinforced by welcoming our first Japanese employee, underscoring our long-term focus on building trusted, local partnerships in the region.

2025

Investing in Aspiration and Growth

With the establishment of our development center in Calicut, Kerala, India, alongside our Japan presence, Onepixlab strengthened a complementary delivery model across regions. This alignment consolidates in-house engineering talent and expands our capabilities across AI, ML, and engineering-led R&D.
