Authentication Data:
Email, login timestamps, IP address, browser and device metadata.
Analytics:
We use Google Analytics. Where technically feasible, IP addresses are anonymized or truncated before storage. Analytics data is aggregated and not used to personally identify users.

Recruitment, communication, authentication, analytics, marketing (if consented), CRM (if implemented), security, and legal compliance.

- OTP logs: Up to 6 months
- Analytics: 14–26 months

Role-based access controls, secure hosting, encryption where applicable, and monitoring safeguards.

In case of breach, we will assess impact and notify affected individuals or authorities where required.
